Ajai K. Peter, Director of Technical Services

Ajai K. Peter is the Director of Technical Services at Zentech, Inc., with over 20 years of experience delivering engineering and project management solutions for offshore oil and gas assets. He holds an M.S. in Design & Manufacturing Management from South Bank University, London, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, India. Ajai has led new-build, upgrade, refurbishment, and reactivation projects for mobile offshore drilling units, jack-up rigs, drillships, and liftboats. At Zentech, he manages multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversees long-term engineering contracts, and supports tendering, proposal development, cost control, and change management. He works closely with shipyards, vendors, and classification societies to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project delivery. Ajai has successfully managed complex international projects across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and is recognized for his hands-on leadership, strong technical expertise, and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Sachin Mehra - VP Const. and PM

Sachin bringing over three decades of leadership experience in offshore and marine engineering, construction management, and large-scale project delivery. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT New Delhi and a Machine Learning certification from Stanford University. Sachin has led multi-billion-dollar global portfolios, EPCI projects, and complex asset conversion programs, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget with a strong focus on QA/QC, safety, and operational excellence. At Zentech, he oversees shipyard construction and project management activities and leads high-profile offshore LNG conversion projects for New Fortress Energy. His expertise spans asset integrity management, digitization, predictive maintenance, data analytics, and cost optimization. Sachin has lived and worked in over 10 countries, managed large multidisciplinary teams, and is recognized for driving efficiency improvements, reducing downtime, and building strong client relationships across the offshore energy industry.

Sanjay Singhal - Diversified Portfolio Vice President

Sanjay Singhal serves as Diversified Portfolio Vice President at Zentech, bringing more than three decades of global leadership experience in the oil and gas services industry. An electrical engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Sanjay has built a distinguished career driving business growth, managing complex operations, and leading large, multicultural teams across the United States, Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Before joining Zentech, he held senior executive roles at Schlumberger, including Vice President of global data services, where he managed over 1,000 professionals across 80 countries and led major digital transformation initiatives. At Zentech, Sanjay focuses on expanding diversified technical service offerings, identifying new market opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and enhancing operational performance. Known for his strategic mindset, strong P&L management, and mentorship-driven leadership style, he is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering innovative, value-driven solutions for clients worldwide.

Ravi Maini - Director of Operations and XR Solutions

Ravi with over 18 years of experience supporting engineering, operations, and project management across the offshore energy and marine sectors. He plays a key role in coordinating projects between clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams, supporting sales and marketing, IT systems, purchasing, and accounts receivable. Ravi has managed complex shipyard projects worldwide, contributed to the opening of new Zentech offices in Malaysia and the UAE, and led high-visibility refurbishment and conversion projects, including major offshore assets for New Fortress Energy. He currently serves as Zentech’s XR technology lead, integrating 3D scanning, virtual reality, and digital solutions to enhance project execution and client engagement. Ravi holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin, completed the MIT COO Program, and is an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, bringing strong operational discipline, safety awareness, and technology-driven innovation to Zentech’s global operations.

Ratheesh Ravi, PMP - Sr. Project Manager

Ratheesh with 20 years of experience in engineering and project management across offshore and onshore oil and gas projects. He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding from Cochin University of Science and Technology. Ratheesh has led complex engineering, construction, and installation projects worldwide, managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors while ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and quality requirements. His expertise spans rig construction, floating production units, offshore installations, risk management, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination. At Zentech, he manages detailed engineering projects, offshore installations in the Gulf of Mexico, and daily operations of the Naval Architecture department. Known for strong leadership, strategic planning, and client engagement, Ratheesh consistently delivers technically sound solutions for challenging marine and offshore environments.
