HOUSTON, TEXAS – Houston-based marine engineering firm, Zentech Technical Services Incorporated (Zentech), has signed a MOU with Crystal Offshore Middle East. The MOU was signed on the 17th of August 2023.
We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Crystal Offshore Middle East and Zentech creating an engineering partnership for shipyard project-related engineering.

We are delighted to add Crystal Offshore, as well, and look forward to jointly delivering projects combining their expertise in Shipyard related construction with our provision of engineering, and project management services,” said Ramesh Maini, CEO of Zentech.

Crystal Offshore Middle East operating within Khalifa Port Abu Dhabi covers a wide range of fabrication, major maintenance, upgrade, and conversion projects for offshore rigs and vessels.
Zentech Incorporated is a Houston, Texas-based marine engineering, project, and construction management firm specializing in offshore oil and gas and renewable energy industries with over forty (40) years of experience providing innovative engineering solutions.
