Educational Requirements:

Experience:
Receptionist or Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist role or in an administrative support position is often preferred.

Attention to Detail: Precision in handling technical documents, correspondence, and other details important in an engineering context.
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting Visitors: Welcoming clients, vendors, and other visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
Managing Phone Calls: Answering and routing calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries, often with a technical focus.
Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments, possibly including meetings with clients or project teams.
Document Handling: Assisting with the preparation, copying, filing, and distribution of technical documents, drawings, or project-related paperwork.
Mail and Correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely delivery to the relevant recipients.
Office Supply Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring the reception area and common areas are stocked and organized.
Support for Project Teams and Managers: Providing administrative support to engineering teams, such as organizing project files, preparing documents, or coordinating small tasks related to ongoing projects.
